User’s guide

Watchelp includes 3 applications :

“Watchelp Assistant”, intended for the companion and to be downloaded on his/her smartphone.

“Watchelp Companion”, reserved for the dependent person if he/she uses it with a connected watch*.

Watchelp Companion Phone“, reserved for the dependent person if he/she uses it with a smartphone (not a watch).

To fully understand the concept, feel free to watch the video below entitled “What equipment do I need ? How do I choose ?”

* the dependent person’s connected watch will still need to be synchronized with his or her own smartphone (so different from the caregiver’s) even if he or she does not use it afterwards. Except for Apple Watches equipped with watchOS 7 because the family configuration allows family members who do not have their own iPhone to benefit from the features and advantages of an Apple Watch. The family setup is only available with the GPS + Cellular models of the Apple Series SE, Series 4, Series 5, Series 6 and Series 7.
